The website vaticanmuseumstickets.com operates as an independent booking and information platform through which Follow the World SRLS provides and coordinates Vatican Museums admission services, guided experiences, tours and related travel services.
By completing a booking, the customer enters into a binding service agreement with Follow the World SRLS.
Where applicable, Vatican Museums admission tickets are issued on a nominative (name-based) basis in accordance with the applicable ticketing and admission requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct full legal name of each traveller, exactly as it appears on their valid passport or government-issued identification document.
Once a booking has been processed or tickets have been issued, passenger names may not be changed, transferred or amended unless expressly permitted by the applicable ticketing rules.
Customers must carry the same valid identification document used for the booking and present it when requested by the relevant authorities or admission staff.
